January 21, 2014 Board Meeting Agenda Item #22 Title APPROVAL OF THE SUPERINTENDENT'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE MONTH ENDING NOVEMBER 30, 2013 Description The Superintendent's Financial Statements for the month ending November 30, 2013 does not reflect any unexpected trends for the second quarter of the 2013-2014 fiscal year.  The negative trend in the General Fund will continue until approximately December when property taxes are received.  Expenditures are anticipated to exceed revenues at year end in the General Fund because of the use of unassigned fund balance included in the adopted budget.  Recommendation That the Board approves the Superintendent's Financial Statements for the month ending November 30, 2013 as presented.
